Examining the Relationship between Production, Trade and Consumption Using Hierarchical Analysis Methods

Reproduction is a continuous process of production, distribution and consumption products in the hierarchy economic space. Simultaneously, local production depends on both domestic demand wholesale promotion to international markets. The study determines influence wholesale, defining trade stages, shipping volume, characterising stage. research aims correlate territorial (country ? region municipality) with reproduction sequence (production distribution/trade consumption). Additionally, it attempts decompose observed variation volume accordance space using hierarchical linear modelling (HLM). differences between municipalities are analysed context two levels: municipal (population income, determining consumption) regional (wholesale trade, distribution) ones. examined data for 2017 331 7 constituent entities Russian Federation. results show that analysis methods can be used analyse relationship consumption. In considered territory, was mostly influenced by much lesser extent trade. application enhances reproduction.
